CONTRACTUAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making payment, you agree to the following terms:

  1. No Liability
    You acknowledge that Geoff Koboldt is not liable for any damages or outcomes related to the coaching sessions, advice, strategies, or materials provided. However, you can feel confident knowing this process is built on years of experience and has helped hundreds of professionals clarify their direction, strengthen their brand, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

  2. No Guarantee of Job Offers
    While no specific job outcome can be guaranteed, I will provide professional support, guidance, and resources to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

  3. Follow Instructions
    You agree to follow the guidance provided throughout the coaching process to ensure maximum effectiveness.

  4. Session Attendance & Communication
    You agree to show up for all scheduled coaching sessions at the agreed-upon times. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to attend a session without proper notice will result in forfeiting that session without refund.

  5. ‘Kill’ Clause
    If these terms are not met, Geoff Koboldt reserves the right to terminate the project without refund. However, in over four years of coaching and consulting, this clause has never been invoked. Every effort will be made to keep the process on track in good faith.

  6. Disputes
    Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Riverside County, California, in accordance with its applicable rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

  7. Legal Jurisdiction
    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, County of Riverside.
